In this house, we offer seclusion & privacy coupled with security in a modern vacation community. The three bedroom home is fully furnished and comes complete with everything you need to make your vacation experience economical, but is conveniently located to some of the most impressive tourist and natural wonders of Costa Rica. A 3 minute walk will get you to our isolated and safe beach, with miles of sand to explore. A 25 minute drive gets you to Jaco, one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations full of activities, nightlife and restaurants. Staying a little closer, we have amazing restaurants in the communities surrounding us, such as Esterillos Oeste, a quaint surfer town, or even the restaurants on our beach of Playa Bejuco. Another 30 minutes the other direction on the highway gets you to Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, one of the most impressive nature lover's paradise in Costa Rica. In either direction, you will find hidden gems of Tico living and things to see and do! Stay a month and you still will not run out of things to do within a 30 minute drive!

We are located in the Riverside condominium project in Escazu in the San Jose area (30 min from the international airport) and only 45 minutes to the nearest beach. The EcoVida Riverside Condo (Escazu) has everything you might need for either a short stay before you head out to the beach or for an extended business trip or medical vacation (we are 5-10 minutes from CIMA Hospital). We pride ourselves on making you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Being centrally located to everything Costa Rica has to offer is the key to this location. Day trips to Arenal, Playa Jaco, or Pacuare river rafting are all possible from this central location!
