Managing our own properties in Costa Rica since 2007, through the EcoVida Project, we have been very successful in navigating the intricacies of property management and online marketing. We have received top marks from our guests and consistently strive to keep our properties rated highest in their category and location. Our guests are our top priority and our team works hard to ensure their vacation is a success.
Discovering a need for professional management and marketing in Playa Bejuco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, we decided to branch out to offer our expertise to others. Offering our services to owners and agents of properties who have been unsatisfied with their results to-date has become the mandate of this company. Our clientele include owners and real estate agents that require assistance in rentals and real estate marketing.
We further branched out into cleaning and maintenance services using only employees or contractors that are legal to work in Costa Rica and have insurance and social security. We decided to pursue this related service to contain the liability that owners and agents were facing because of disreputable management that were not paying into the tax and social security system of Costa Rica, placing the owners and their properties at risk. In addition to basic cleaning and maintenance, we have local partners in architectural design and construction that can provide a full array of services.
The community is at the heart of everything we do. We support the local community by hiring local people for our team and our business model focuses on supporting and promoting local businesses.
