Guest Information:
Before your arrival, please send the following Guest Information to info@ecovidaproperties.com:
1) Total number of guests (adults and children)
Each rental property has specific occupancy limits and rules of conduct which must be strictly enforced. The number of adults and minors that will occupy your rental home must be stated at the time of booking. No pets are permitted unless otherwise agreed upon prior to rental confirmation. Excessive occupants (exceeding limit), pets, rule violations or illegal activity, will result in eviction and the forfeiture of all funds and deposits made.
2) Full names of all guests (adults and children)
3) Passport or Cedula numbers of all adult guests
4) Flight information and estimated time of arrival: Please send us your flight information so we can check for delays and cancellations. We will also need to arrange an estimated time of arrival with you so we can ensure that there is someone here to meet you when you arrive.
Rental Payment:
Rental payment is due in cash on arrival. You may also pay with PayPal but this payment is due two days prior to arrival if using this payment method. Please let us know which you would prefer so we can arrange this for you. We do not accept checks (local or international), wire transfers, credit cards on arrival (credit cards can be used at PayPal only) or any other currency other than US Dollars or Costa Rican Colones.
Your deposit is separate from the rental amount and will be returned to you via PayPal after your departure once the property rented is cleaned and reviewed. All electrical charges (unless otherwise stipulated), extra cleaning needed after check-out and any damage will be deducted off your damage deposit.
Our prices and fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and will be charged either in US$ or in Costa Rican Colones at the exchange rate on the transaction date.
Costa Rican sales tax of 13% is due on all properties. No exceptions without tax exempt card issued by Costa Rican government.

Check-in time is 2:00pm
Check-out time is 10:00am

Address: EcoVida - Across from Condominio Costa del Sol, Playa Bejuco, Esterillos Este, Puntarenas.
If you are staying in one of our Costa del Sol houses, we charted and listed Costa del Sol on Google Maps including all roads.
Office Hours: Our office is open by appointment only. Guests staying in our cabinas are permitted to enter through the gate, but for security purposes, please do not attempt entry without a prior appointment. Thanks for your cooperation!
Office Location: Our office is located on the Bejuco road outside of Costa del Sol. It is directly across the street from the entrance from Costa del Sol. Once you turn off the highway go down 250 meters and it is located on the right hand side. It is a large blue building made out of recycled shipping containers and it has a sign that says “EcoVida”. We are listed on Google Maps.
